Dear Forum

We now have produced and assembled a new revision of our own PCB board (DLP9000 + 2 x DLPC900 + FPGA) in revision 0.3.

For previous versions (0.1 and 0.2) we were able to programm the DLPC master/slave flashs with your JTAG Flasher tool:

For the current version 0.3 we have no success. The Flash remains empty (0xFF).
The tool recognize the JTAG chain and is able to switch between MASTER/SLAVE associated LEDs. We hold POGOOD low during flashing.

The difference between V0.2 and V0.3 is the flash device:
- V0.2 uses: MICRON JS28F064M29EWHA, now obsolete and no longer available

- V0.3 uses: MICRON MT28EW256ABA1LJS available at least for 6 years according to SILICONEXPERT
  From schematics we put address line ADDR23 to GND because the DLPC ends at ADR22.

I think we have to modify our FlashDeviceParameters.txt file.

Can you provide the correct entry for MICRON MT28EW256ABA1LJS in one line?

    I am sorry that I did not get back to this before the Thanksgiving holiday.

    Please try making a FlashDeviceParameters.txtfile that removes all of the sections that start with "Micron", except the very last one (be sure to leave all the lines before the first "Micron".

    Let me know if this works.
