Display Input Settings on 2010

One more question,

On the Display Settings of the Display tab of the DLP Light Crafter Display GUI, what do the parameters X, Y, Width, Height (Crop input image) and Width, Height (Scale input image to size) mean?

Thank you,

  • Hello Thanh,

I have created this new thread for you to address your followup question.

X and Y are the offset the image makes from the top left corner (which is 0,0). The width and height are the offset from the bottom right corner. Essentially the screen crops out all parts of the input image outside of this range and then displays the rest of the image on the entire projector display.

Scale input image will compress the entire input image to be displayed only in the inputted size (ie. if you select 427 x 240 the image will only fill half of your available screen).

I would definitely recommend playing around with these settings and seeing how the image changes on the EVM as it's much easier to understand what's happening.

    Thanks,
    Kyle
