Hi,

I've just received a DLP3030 Lightcrafter. I've installed the DLPDLC-GUI. Now I would like to set the DLPC3478 in 1-bit monochrome mode. I cannot find out how to do it. Could you help me?

My goal is to display patterns where all the pixels are only ON during 1 bitplane per frame.

Hi,

Can you please confirm what EVM you received?
DLP3010EVM-LC uses DLPC3478 which is both display and light controller for the DLP3010 EVM and supports several pattern streaming modes similar to what you are asking.

DLPDLCR3010EVM which is called LightCrafter as you mention in your post is primarily for display applications and uses DLPC3438 controller.

You can see the datasheets of both DLPC3438 and DLPC3478 controllers for more details.

Hi Srik,

I confirm that I have a DLP3010EVM-LC with a DLPC3478. We choose this one because we know that it supports the 1-bit pattern mode. I just don't know how to activate it from the GUI.
