Uptime and system time are jumping ahead.
we made a deeper analysys and we found that jiffies value jumps aswell.
The value of the jump is 131072 secs and it's excacltly like the value of parameter KTIME_MAX.
Is it possible that the timekeeping add this value to jiffies value?
Which could be the condition in order this thing can happen?
The issue is absolutely random so we cannot state when it will succeed.
here's our .config of a Variscite board mounting AM 3517.
The srange thing is that all seems ok (the system believes that the uptime is real) but instead it's 1024 secs less.
These jumps are frequent (1 2 times a day) after a random startup time (averare after 1,5 day).
Any idea?
