ISO7740: Noise Immunity at high frequency

ISO7740: Is EMC test data available for this Isolator?

Part Number: ISO7740

The datsheet says that this IC is made to be robust to EMC.  Can I get a copy of the test setups and test data for the IC for Conducted and Radiated Immunity, Emissions, ESD, and transients?

    There is a lot of data to accompany this response given that each emissions, ESD, transients, etc. are setup differently from each other and for different requirements.

    To avoid overloading you with information and over-sharing on our part, what will your ISO7740 be used for? Are there specific standards you are aiming to meet?

    Hi Manuel, thanks for the prompt response!

    What I am looking for is IC level or coupon board type data.  When the IC is implemented in the hardware, we will perform our own specific validation testing.

    Of course! We have IEC-ESD test data to give an idea of how highly a system can be protected with our ISO77xx devices, pass/fail data for radiated immunity, and electrical fast transient immunity results.

    I will verify details of our setups before sharing, but in case there is information which cannot be posted on E2E may I contact you using the email associated with your my.TI account?
