for SN74LVC1G17dckr, if the input is high level, but the chip is not powering up, will the output show high level as well or high impedance? tks a lot!

    Hi Vera,
    If the supply pin is held at 0V, then the output will be in high impedance. This is guaranteed by the "Ioff" specification in the Electrical Characteristics table of the datasheet.
