Bluetooth® low energy SensorTag interact with a Motorola Razr phone?

I have been looking at the Bluetooth® low energy SensorTag for a project, that needs to interact with a Motorola Razr Maxx. The documentation implies there is no App for that phone.

Is that still true and if so will there be an App for use with Motorola phones, sometime soon? Alternatively, is there a 3td party with a Motorola App for the Bluetooth® low energy SensorTag?
