Hello All,
Ok i am trying to work on an old project from a customer of mine. the part number on the die is tms37114a, it also has a date of 2005 on it. Now looking for a datasheet if at all possible, also it looks like it is 13.56mhz and 64 byte. I am also looking for a new part that i can use in place of this old one.
