For using CAN interface with F28335 i would be requiring a CAN transciever and for my application prefer isolated 1050.

How about using the Evaluation module for ISO1050 directly instead of getting the IC and preparing the circuit?

Would this EVM be compatible enough with F28335 delfino MCU.

You can prefer the eval board. It will give you hold over the CAN bus by able to monitor signals via Test points.

Yes, ISO1050 is very much compatible with CAN peripherals on C2000 devices. You can have a chat with tian lu if you're planning to work with ISO1050.
