shifting a sine wave by 90 degree

hello,

  I am using F28335 delfino controller. I am taking the AC voltage(sine wave) of 230V by a voltage sensor and reading it through ADC. I want to shift the given waveform by 90 degree(to get cosine wave)  . How can i do the 90 degree shift  without any delay loops?
