We've programmed many of these boards, but twice we have had the processor lock us out from programming. It's a hard problem to reproduce, but we'd like to find the root cause. Anyone else seen this issue on a TMS320F2810?
I'm using the XDS510USB from spectrum digital with Code Composer.
Here is the error message:
C28xx: Flash Programmer: Error erasing Flash memory
C28xx: Flash Programmer: Device is locked or not connected. Operation cancelled
C28xx: Trouble Writing Memory Block at 0xf6579 on page 0 of Length 0x13a
C28xx: GEL: File: application.out : Load Failed.
C28xx: Error: (Error -1041 @ 0xFFFFFF4C) The Emulator reported and error. Confirm
emulator configuration and connections, reset the emulator, and retry the operation.
(Emulation package 5.0.520.0)
C28xx: Trouble Halting Target CPU: (Error – 2062 @0x0) Unable to hald device. Reset the
Device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, Power-Cycle
the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation
package 5.0.520.0)
C28xx: Power Failure on Target CPU
C28xx: Failed to remove the debug state from the target before disconnecting. There may
still be breakpoint op-codes embedded in program memory. It is recommended that
you reset the emulator before you connect and reload your program before you
continue debugging.
Any ideas?
