Sorry for posting TMS374 questions here, but I was not able to find an adequate forum for this subject.
One of my automotive customers is still using a TMS374CD13APQQ (old 8-bit CISC MCU) for ECU application.
As this P/N is obsolete and there is no information in our website, can anyone send me the datasheet or point out where to download the datasheet?
