ControlSuite has very well documentations for both the above libraries implementations. Please refer the same and let me know if you're unable to find the same.

The fast RTS library has a file called C28x_FPU_FastRTS.h that includes all prototypes.

The standard RTS library is a standard C library and the include files match. There is a lot of documentation on the standard c lib online.
