TMS320F28377S: LAUNCHXL-F28377S

Part Number: TMS320F28377S

Hi, I was working on my target, the LAUNCHXL-F28377S in an application where I used only Three GPIO inputs (GPIO 41, 42, 43) and six GPIO outputs (GPIO 12, 13, 4, 15, 16, 17). All was working fine, but by a mistake, I connect the GPIO 41 to the 5V (pin 61), and from there the target doesn't work and gets hot. It looks like there is a short circuit.

By this mistake, Can I had damaged the LAUNCHXL-F28377S board or the chip?, and Can It be repaired?
