Hi all,

I initially used CCS v7 and tried to open my project. Suddenly following message appeared.

Then I installed CCS v8 and try to open the project. But the same problem occurred.

Following is the log file which is specified in the error.

Please help me to overcome this issue.

When I tried to import existing project to my work space following errors also generated.

Which project are you trying to open? With which version was it built before?

Hi,

I initially tried to open with CCS v7 which has been on CCS V7 before.

Then I tried to open the same project on CCS v8.

I get the above point! I'm asking, whose project is this? Is it TI's sample project or your company's project developed by your colleague? If by your colleague, which version did he use for building the same?

I tried to open TI sample project and also my own project. They were work fine until recently. TI sample projects I tried was lab files provided by Multi day workshop on TMS320F28379D.

Lahiru,

Lets try to do this one step at a time. Try opening a new workspace and importing an example project from C2000Ware and/or the lab projects from the workshop.

Also take a look at this Troubleshooting article,especially the "General IDE" section for some general tips. If none of those help, as a last resort you may want to try deleting and reinstalling CCS in case it somehow got corrupted.
