MotorWare（Version：1.01.00.13）can not Identify the paramters of motor

I download MotorWare（Version：1.01.00.13），run Lab02b，but can not Identify the paramters of motor, the motor not spin, but i used MotorWare(Version：1.01.00.11） to run Lab02b, result is OK。

Hello,

When i run Lab5c, gMotorVars.SpinTAC.VeIIdErrorID = 4001, but it havn't this error code in docs of lab

The chip is TMS320F28069M on my board

Hello,

If you use the parameters that you got from Motorware 11 Lab 2b to be put in user.h of Motorware 13 Lab 3b, will your motor spin?

What are the differences in user.h?

Are both using the same CCS version AND active compiler?

Hello

The parameters that I got from Motorware 11's user.h the same as Motorware 13, both using the same CCS version AND active compiler(CCS5.4)
