SN74AHCT244: About VOL(P) and VOL(V) specifications

Part Number: SN74AHCT244

Dear Team,

My customer is considering replacing from 74VHCT244FT (TOSHIBA).

The VOL(P) and VOL(V) values are listed in the 74VHCT244FT but not in SN74AHCT244.

Please let me know if you have a reference value.

Hi Luna,

Unfortunately we don't have this data on file, the only noise characteristics are listed in the datasheet. I would suggest using the IBIS model to simulate for these values.
