Jayce,

If only TI ICs are used – then all smelters are 100% compliant to Conflict Minerals policy.

If other TI products like Plug-in-Power, DLP, modules or calculator products are used - not all smelters may not be compliant to Conflict Minerals policy but TI is constantly working on the CMRT template for all TI products improvement.
