Scroll down to the bottom area of the page under "Models" section. There is a link for IBIS download.

Can you confirm the part number, CY54FCT273ATLMB? This doesn't seem to be a TI part.

Unfortunately, there is no IBIS model existing for both SN54BCT8373A and CY54CT273T.
