DRV8662: Find a IC which one is similar to DRV8662 and DRV2700 but having higher output frequency to drive piezoelectric actuator.

To drive a piezoelectric actuator, a output signal with higher frequency (75kHz ~ 120kHz) and high output voltage (80Vpp) are required. In datasheet for DRV8662 and DRV2700, the maximum frequency is 20kHz that less than 120kHz. Is there other IC can meet the driving signal for our piezoelectric actuator?

Hi Yi-Bin,

We do not currently have a driver to support this high frequency operation. What is the piezo capacitance that you want to drive at this high frequency?

The piezo capacitance is approximately 1.2 nF.
