Dear Technical Support Team,

DRV2667 has "Immersion TS5000-Compliant".

Does user need to pay Royalty for Mass Production?

DRV2605 datasheet describes that "TI has paid a royalty on your behalf to Immersion Corporation" on "11.1 Legal Notice"

But DRV2667 doesn't have it.

Hi,

Correct, there is no royalty paid with the purchase of DRV2667. It is up to the end customer to make the choice to pay any royalty in mass production.
