We use the BQ27520-G4 with EEMB Li-Pol battery in our product. I read, that it is possible to send a cell to Ti for characterization. May, I know, where to send?

You send a battery to TI only if you have run this test listed in the link below and you are unable to get a close chem id match. Pls follow the instructions listed in the document and submit your result files to the tool to see if you get a match chem id.
