Hi all,

I'm wondering if TI produces any HV window supervisory IC which I can use to monitor a battery voltage (that can go upto 30V MAX) in order to disable a P-Channel MOSFET when the battery voltage drops below level A and re-enable it when it comes back to level B (having level B > level A).

I looked at the TPS3701 but unfortunately it's output pin (which I would have connected to the pull-down resistor on the gate on the P-MOS) goes up to 25V MAX, but >25V will definitely appear on it.

    Hi Aleksandar,

    Unfortunately we do not have any production window supervisor IC that can do up to 30V Max on the output.

    If you do find a way to make TPS3701 work, note that only the VDD pin can be biased with 36V. The INA and INB pins can only experience 6.5V.
