But we can't check the package size including outside pins.
We want to know the figures of size (--mm x --mm x --mm) such as datasheet p.28 of TPS54328.

Hi Takahiro,

 For TPS54628,  we only have SO PowerPAD package.  We have the figures of size (--mm x --mm x --mm). You can see the pic. It is enough for customer to do layout.
