TPS25926: the leakage issue of EN pin

Hello team,

Customer is using tps259260 as the hotswap of 12V rail, but we found it has leakage at EN pin with EN has power only, so could you kindly help check internal design about it, it looks like this is caused by the EDS diode of EN pin.

Test condition:

EN has 3.3V pull up, and Vin and Vout have no power, and we found it has leakage at Vout.

Hi Antony,

With Vin=0 and EN pulled-up to 3.3V; how much voltage is observed at Vout?
Is there any load capacitance exists at the Vout?

Hi Rakesh,

The leakage voltage of Vo is 1.2V, and the pull up of En is 3.3V, output capacitance are 22uF*2+1uF+0.1uF.

customer alreay used this part in many many projects, and also check in another boarad, has same issue, so could you kindly help identify this issue on demo board or with our designer?

Hi Antony,

On EVM, I have not observed any Vout when Vin=OPEN and EN=3.3V.
Is it observed on multiple boards?. Can you share complete schematic to check if there any leakage from other path?
