Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

I am developing a Power board with INPUT VOLTAGE:- 20-1000V OUTPUT VOLTAGE:- 12V @2amp
it is an isolated flyback converter.
I have gone through Webench design and selected the design based on the UCC3804D controller.
After designing Board
There was no 12 Volt output. Some time changing RT register value, I can find around 5.6v output. but in this case POWER MOSFET heated up.
