When the IN Supply is disconnected, does the voltage at OUT be exactly the same voltage as Battery voltage, without any cutoff?

Hello,

This depends on the load. If there is no load, the voltage on OUT will be almost the same as the battery voltage. If there is a load, the difference will depend on the drop across the BATFET which has a RDSON of 50mohms typically.
