How do we distinguish “formed lead” and “straight lead” of the same package type “TO-92” on TEXAS/UA78L05CLPE3 part?

The datasheet itself is not so clear on this as the only information is :

If you go to sample and buy you can see how the different part numbers are shippied. So the UA7805CLPE3 is shipped in Bulk and therefore has the straight leads.
