BQ40Z80EVM-020: Relative SOC and Remaining Capacity estimation problem

Hi,

    I use bq40z80-EVM board with single LiPo 500mah battery. After perform chemistry id process and programming  I finished learning cycle process and there is no problem (update status change from 00 to 04 to 05 and finally its change to 0E). After that I write 02 to Update status register and start to log data in order to check how system works and in order to better examine system futures before integration. But, during logging, I notice that Relative SOC and Remaining capacity estimation is not correct. For example, when battery is in discharge mode and the battery voltage level is about 3.67V it show me 0% of RSOC. I Continue to discharge battery to 3.2V and after the battery level reach 3.2V I start to charge it. My charger, which has Coulomb counter, show me that about 20 mAh is passed to battery but RSOC and Remaining Capacity is still at 0% even if battery voltage is about 3.7V. RSOC and Remaining Capacity level start to increase only after after 3.7V. I think that something is wrong. Please help me to find solution. I have this log and i will attach it! Also, i will attach my dataflash configuration. 

    This is what i done until now:

1. Find ChemID

2. Program ChemID which i previously get from TI

3. Start Learning cycle and there is no problems during this process

4. After the end of the learning cycle, set update status to 02

5. Start to measure and examine bq40z80 features available with bq40z80-evm board

Please, tell me did i miss something?

I suspect that maybe Update Status should not be updated to 02 but that is mention in App Note. If make mistakes, please describe me what is a problem and also take a look in these files which are in attachments
