does it require a microconttroler ? in other word can it be used standalone?

    Kamal,

    The bq24295 has  a set of default values (such as 2A charge current, 4.2V charge voltage). With the D+/D- automatic detection, it can be used as stand-alone when default values met system requirement. Can you give more about the application and what is customer's requirement in order to give better help?
