Hi,

I need to charge about 1F to 20V from a 7V source, while not drawing more than 50-100mA from the source.

I prefer Military, EP or AEC-Q100 rated devices.

Is there a TI solution for this application?

Maybe you can have a look at TPS61175-Q1. use a resistor to limit the pre-change current and use a large Css to limit the soft start current.

Jasper, thanks for the suggestion, but it is not clear to me from the datasheet how to set a input current limit.

we don't have a device that meet your requirement perfectly. you may need add external components to limit the input current.
