I want to know how the PMP4496 and PMP11536 Power Bank designs measure the battery with microcontroller (to show level with LEDs) ?

There is a way to read the battery using BQ25895 and I2C ? If yes, how ?

The bq25895 has integrated 7-bit ADC which can provide voltages from the following pins via I2C: VBUS, VBAT, ICHG and TS.

The bq25895 does not have a processor, only an asynchronous state machine controlled by I2C registers. So the only code necessary to control the bq25895 are standard I2C read and write commands.

There is a MSP430G2332IPW20R present on PMP4496 and PMP11536, like showed at tidrk16.pdf and tidrio8.pdf.
