Dear Sir

We have a project use BQ24105 so far need to add a battery reverse protection on output side

Do you have suggestion circuit ??

PS. I saw BQ24735 have output reverse battery protection ,but I don't know how to use it on BQ24105

Not sure if I understand the question. Are you asking reverse current protection? Or battery reverse voltage connection protection?

We need battery reverse protection as below R14/R15

But I can't make sure R14/R15 could be used on BQ24105

We had already test the SLVA139 on our circuit ,but the circuit can't be used on our structure

Please kindly help to give me the suggestion

The bq24105 is an older device which does not have the Negative Output Voltage Protection function like the bq24735.

Beside BQ24735 , do we have solution support reverse battery protection ??
Just like BQ24610 or something else

What is the reason not using bq24735? Because of I2C?

Can you clarify what is the "reverse current protection" you mean? Do you mean reverse current from battery to input?

We need LED indicate
1. Battery is charging
2. Battery charge complete
3. Battery absent
4. Fault alert
5. Battery polarity reverse protect
This is Lead Acid battery application for Vin=15 to Vout=13.5/1A

We first design is use BQ24105 ,but the end customer request battery polarity reverse protect function
Please kindly help to suggest standalone charger ,if TI doesn't have standalone charger ,please help to suggest SMBUS charger for LED indicate

Customer can add a small shottcky diode in parallel with the output capacitor for battery polarity reverse protection.
