Thanks for the recommendation, I do not find the AECQ info for these standalone charger ICs.
My requirments are as follows:
Input Voltage : 8 to 16 V
Charging spec : 6V, 120mA charging current, Standalone
Temp: -20 to 85
Automotive Qualified.

Thanks for the Guidance. My application was to charge the NimH Battery pack in the automotive environment. It would be like a backup battery for certain functions.
My requiremnet are as follows:
Battery Spec: 6V, 1200mAh
Charging spec : 6V, 120mA constant current, standard charge
Temp: -20 to 85.
Regarding BQ24105-Q1, it is an automotive qualified but the maximum voltage rating is mentioned as 20V in the datasheet.
Can it withstand Jump start voltage of 24V for 1 minute.?
