As per web info BQ27500DRZR-V130 is NRND & mentioned alternate part as BQ27150-G3.

Is it drop in replacement. Also please let me know the software compatibility of the new part.

If any hardware changes for the new part is required

Yes, there are differences between the bq27500 and bq27510. This thread may be able to help you:

NRND isn't the same as being obsolete. NRND means the device is still being actively produced, but there are newer devices that can do a better job (but may have differences making the two not drop-in compatible).
