【 BQ 78350】Shutdown Problem

The picture as below is data before shutdown mode.

And then, we power up BQ78350.(bq769x0 TS1 pin > VBOOT)

The data is not correctly.

Do you have any ideal for this situation?

Are you still having a problem after loading the firmware? I noticed that you are using an old version of bqStudio and there were issues supporting the bq78350-R1 in some older versions. You should try downloading v52 from the bqStudio website.

It didn't work after loading the firmware.

And I have tried the new version

Sometime it can work but sometime the data is still not correctly.

I want to send command to shutdown system and wake up by TS1(bq76940).

It worked before but two days ago .
When I checked this part of function I found this problem.
Now, I have to reconnect the battery pack.
Maybe the communications of 940 & 350 have some problem ??

Kevin,

Can you send an srec file from your gauge and I will try it. I am not aware of a setup problem that can affect this, but we can try. Is the regulator enabling on the 940 when you wake it up?
