EV2300 Firmware update request

We have two EV2300 (HPA002) USB interfaces to manage our batterymonitor with BQ34z100-G1 chip. The older EV2300 has firmware verson 3.1c and the newer one 3.1r. We have seen that the version 3.1c has a lot of problems with datacommunication to the chip what we have not seen with the 3.1r version. We would like to upgrade the ev2300 to the newest (most stabil) firmware but we have not seen any downloadlink for EV2300 firmware.

Please tell us what the newest firmware is (3.1m or 3.1r or..?) and from where we can download it.

Hi Terry,
please also share this separate note to me, since i am also trying to update the Firmware on my EV2300 devices.
I have access to Windows 7 x64 and to Windows 10 x64 machines.

I also need the latest Firmware file, since i cannot find it anywhere on the TI page.

Hi Terry,

i am also facing severe communication issues with EV2300@3.1c and looking for a solution.
If a firmware update helps, i would appreciate very much to get that.

Hi Markus & Vinz,

I have sent you separate notes on this. Note that the ev2300 is not supported on windows 10, we are primarily supporting ev2400 for that OS beyond.

I already tried ev2300 updater for win XP, but it gives a runtime error on a fresh installed win xp machine.
