BQ27421-G1: SoC% suddenly change in constant charging/discharging

Yes, it was done already, and this is RMA issue from customer.
As I know, if learning cycle not done yet, the SoC will not really accurate. But in this case, I see data discontinue everywhere(temp.,FullAveCap,MaxLoadCurrent,StandbyCurrent...). It's not result in cycly learning or chem ID, am I right?

How could I explain those discontinue data from the datalog?

• Are you using the battery in an environment that the temperature changes very fast? The temp parameter should not be discontinue and that may a problem that cause the jumps.

The testing is under constant temperture and current condition. It's not only happened at temp parameter, but also FullAveCap, MaxLoadCurrent, StandbyCurrent, etc.

Is this happened before?

How the value NomAvailCap and RemCap be calculated? Is there any formula?
