I am just curious on the schematics you show PGND and GND connected together. Have you seen an noise issues with the gronds?

Typically, an IC will have multiple grounds to isolate noise within the component but for the device to fucntion correctly the Gnd (analog/digital) needs to be referenced to the PGND relatively close to the device otherwise a differential in voltage can be impressed between the two grounds which can cause problems within the device.
If you wanted you could create a local GND around the device for its non-power signals that are referenced to ground then have this tied to the PGND at a single point with good coupling to the ground plane. Make sure to decouple each bias voltage back to its related ground if using this method.
