"Designing a UCD3138 Controlled PSFB" - is there an app note?

I have recently found app report SLUA712 about the design and implementation of interleaved PFC using the UCD3138 for the PFC evaluation board, and it is reasonably useful for understanding that application. Is there something equivalent for the PSFB eval board, ie explaining with code snippets etc the settings and broad functionality of this mode of the UCD3138?
