We have bought UCD3138ALLEVM150 + UCD3138ACCEVM149, and carefully followed all of the instructions in the training lab to program UCD3138. We are sure the programming was done in a right way (exactly the same procedure was explained in training labs). Also, we have read the datasheet of UCD3138ALLEVM150 and followed all of the steps of test procedure.

Unfortunately, when we have tested our board, we did not have any output signal. Also, none of the testing points of UCD3138ACCEVM149 show the desired signals. 

I would like to know if you have any suggestion we can follow to know which part of the board does not work.

    Hello, Mahdieh,

    I am sorry to hear about it. UCD3138ALLCEVM150 + UCD3138ACCEVM149 is a stand along HB-LLC EVM, and the controlled is already programmed. After the control card is plugged into the power board, when Vin is 380V, if the PS_ON is enabled, you should see 12V on the output.
    Without GUI, it should work as well.

    Hi Sean, 

    We have tried many different ways to test the board but none of them worked and we finally had to order a new board, and this new one works perfect.

    We have bought both from Digikey and we asked them to return the defective one. It seems they are waiting for the response from TI for the returning procedure. We would appreciate it if you could help this process to go faster.
