I have UCD3138 Technical Reference Manual SNIU028A on hand. and also i have UCD3138A Migration Guide SLUA741D on hand .
you said SLUU994, SLUU996 and SLUU995 are consolidated into UCD3138 Technical Reference Manual. But i cannot find any decriptions of UARTRXCTRL5 which is a new register used in UCD3138 Technical Reference Manual. UARTRXCTRL5 can be found in UCD3138A Migration Guide SLUA741D. In my understand, UARTRXCTRL5 should have a description in UCD3138 Technical Reference Manual.

The Technical Reference Manual just includes the 3 UCD3138 Manuals. Some sections do include some descriptions of newer devices, like the UCD3138A, but others do not. You still need to refer to the migration guides as well.

I have purchased UCD3138AALCCEVM150, and running the Fusion Designer. But this Designer may not be used in C progeram development. Download the evaluation board C source code from where?

Did you try with the latest Fusion Digital Power Studio? The Studio GUI has replaced the Designer GUI.
