I design soft switch for my design my design need 1.5A, I'm using NE555 the problem that I face is when my design draw 100mA the circuit is work correctly but when my design draw 1A the output of NE555 stay high and never go low. I have used two different circuit but it doesn't work.
but this circuit work correctly I don't now why
