LM8335EVM Error issue

I'm testing LM8335EVM with LM3290-91EVM for ET operation.

But LM8335EVM doesn't connet to PC. LEDs light well but board doesn't work.

551600850A_GUI.application program occurs error when connect EVM to PC.

I can't open board.

What should I do?

Can you please post a screen shot of the User Interface and the error you are getting.It will help me understand if there is an issue with the EVM
