Dear Sir,

I'm using the part TLVH431BIDBZR in my design.

In the datasheet, the reference voltage Vref is provided for TA=25 degC.

I would like to know the Vref range for the ambient temperature of +55 degC.

Please let me know this information as soon as possible to do the calculation based on that.

    Hello Vasanthan,

    As you mentioned the Vref voltage range for the TLVH431B is in the datasheet and is as follows:

    Min: 1.234V

    Typ: 1.240V

    Max: 1.246V

    I do not have data for exactly +55 degC, but data for +70 degC shows the following:

    Min: 1.235

    Typ: 1.243

    Max: 1.251

    The +55 degC behavior will fall between these two data points, and I would expect it to be pretty close to the +70 degC datapoints as this device has a relatively low variance in Vref across temperature as shown in Figure 1 of the datasheet.
