24VAC input to 5VDC output at 3 amps

I have a requirement for a building automation project that requires 24VAC input +10%/-15%, to 5VDC output at 3 amps. I could not do this on WEBBench. Do you have any sample circuits I could look at? The 5VDC will be powering a small dedicated PC.
