UCC2800 -

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC2800

Hi There,

I am working with a customer, who's application uses UCC2800 to control a buck converter to generate 3.3V from a nominal 17V input. The circuit is mature and in production, but the engineer needs to do a worst case analysis for the output voltage.

The data sheets do not have limits for the 2.5V reference, referred to in the block diagram as REF/2.

Do the 2.5V and 5V references come from the same source on the chip? For the purposes of the analysis do they track? Also what is the max and min temp coefficient of the reference voltage?

Many thanks,

Ross

  • Hi Ross,
Yes , 2.5V and 5V came from same source.

We guarantee what we write in the electrical table. So you can see in the range of -40℃ to 86℃, the ref is between 4.925V and 5.075V.

Is it okay for your customer?
I am not sure I can get all information your customer need as it is very old part.
If you need more information, please let me know.
