UCC27511A-Q1: Ro(H), RO(L) of UCC27511A-Q1

Customers are considering using UCC27511A-Q1.
In the data sheet, Ro(H) and RO(L) do not contain Min values.
They want the Min value of Ro (H) and RO (L) in order to keep the drive current of the FET within the absolute maximum rated value.
They are trying to limit the drive current with this value and the value of Gate resistance.
Please tell me the Min value of Ro(H) and RO(L).

Masami-san,

For the purposes as you described, my recommendation is to design according to the following expected minimum output on-state resistance values:

Ro(L) @ VDD=12V: 0.25ohm

Ro(L) @ VDD=4.5V: 0.30ohm

Ro(H) @ VDD=12V: 4.25ohm

Ro(H) @ VDD=4.5V: 5.25ohm
