Webench returns about 30 possible solutions. You might try looking at LM5022 to start with.

Hello,

Customer would not prefer LM5022. Do we have photo coupler feedback control solution for this isolated case? Thank you.

Try using Webench to search for solutions:

When I previously tried , it returned 30 possible solutions.
