Need micropower half-bridge MOSFET driver

Hi,

I'm in need on an ultra-low power half-bridge MOSFET driver. To keep Iq as low as possible, i'm willing to give up some other features. A synopsis of what i'm looking for is below:

micropower (~10uA preferred or low as possible)
do not need an integrated boost supply or bootstrap diode, i will provide separate high-side boost supply
integrated PWM mode, or shoot through protection
low voltage application (approx 5-15VDC)
small package DFN preferred

The low power options I've seen listed, really aren't as low as indicated when you look at the datasheets. if you have any thoughts, please let me know... thanks!

also, this is a very low frequency application (near DC)... so it's possible some of the low power applications consume much less power when not switching? This is also why i will supply the separate boost supply

Hello John,

I an applications engineer for TI's high power drivers.

I could not find a half-bridge driver with an Iq in the 10uA range but take a look at the TPS51604.

It has an Iq of 160uA (typ) with shoot-through protection inside a WSON (8) (2.00mm x 2.00mm) package.
